Refund & Return Policy – CURVANA

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or tried-on lingerie

  • Panties, bras, or sets once opened (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/video of the issue

  • Description of the problem
